We had so much fun this weekend. This year at the Festival of the Trees, we were able to go as a family, last few years it's just been Liam and I with Evelyns girls, we weren't able to go with them this year. So we went Saturday and just walked around looking at the masterpieces so many people had put their time and hard work into. Which really inspires you to want get into the seasons spirit and to decorate your tree (lol). We of the festival with a yummy feast at Chick-fil-a!
Speaking of the spirit, Friday night Clint and I along with our friends Kelton and Jessica had the special chance to watch Savior of the World. The spirit was strong in the theater down at the Conference Center. The music is amazing and the story is truly remarkable. Although it was 2 hours and my back side was a little sore, I was still moved. I seem to always get choked up when Mary holds her first son and looks at him with admiration and deep love. If you ever need to be reminded of the Atonement and why He gave his only begotten Son, please do yourself a favor and see this play and take someone who might need it more then you. Because we all need to be reminded of his birth and why we celebrate it.
